Hello! I am Mindfulness Meditation Teacher in Training. My approach to mindfulness is how it applies in everyday life. I started my journey approximately 8 years ago at a time when I was a new mom, a busy employee, and trying my best to live a meaningful life. Meditation has taught me how to bring my best self to the world. How to love widely and deeply. How to release expectation. It’s an ongoing journey and one I hope you might walk with me.
