There is something fast paced about the last quarter of the year. Perhaps it’s simply the transition from a less structured summer, or shorter days, or all the holidays, but it feels like time speeds up! Whatever it is, how are you feeling? Perhaps a bit overwhelmed? Short on time? How would you like to feel as you move towards this last part of 2022?
Take some time for a mini-retreat with me on November 6th. This retreat will focus on re-centering, and encouraging a sense of calm even amidst the business of life. This is a hybrid online/in person option. The in-person option will be limited to 10 people and will include a small add on cost for lunch. Please let me know in the “other details” if you would like to attend in person.
